My path is one that merges art, music, healing, embodiment & spirituality.

I began my journey by studying Traditional Chinese Medicine & the Taoism at university from the young age of 19. This catalysed a chain-reaction of study, practice & teaching of many different modalities... bodywork, energetics, yoga, meditation, mantra, puja, classical tantra, music & LIFE!

I've lived the last decade in Asia, with countless travels to India. I now call the magical island of Bali home, which inspires the artist within me. Here, I created an oracle deck called Shadows of Light in 2020, and focus my attention on creating music, holding sacred spaces & teaching.

I offer workshops, retreats & trainings online & in Bali that weave the tools I have gathered, inspired to guide people into deep connection with the source of life.
