Welcome to The Inner Sanctum - Online Yoga Nidra Training! Yoga Nidra is a practice of Awakened Sleep - a profoundly restorative, guided meditation practice. Not only does it create a powerfully positive, healing impact on our brain, nervous system and the physical body, Yoga Nidra is a path of awakening & transformation. This is a doorway to the inner landscapes of our psyche, where we build psycho-emotional resilience, gently release trauma & make intentional changes to negative beliefs, planting seeds that grow and redirect our lives in mysterious & magical ways. This course isuitable for total beginners, experienced meditator's & Yoga teachers. A unique feature of this course is the introduction of Tantric philosophy & meditation practices that are referenced from scriptures & woven into the Nidra recordings. The curriculum covers: - Intro to Yoga Nidra - Benefits, preparations, navigating the experience. - The Science of Meditation - The brain & nervous system. Sleep & Nidra. - The Nature of the Mind - Yogic & Tantric philosophy. - Sankalpa & Subconscious Reprogramming - Cultivating an Inner Sanctum - for gentle, passive trauma release. - Defining the tools & techniques utilised in Yoga Nidra - Guiding others in Yoga Nidra This course includes: 4 x 90 min Live Calls, uploaded to watch later if you miss the call. 8 x mp3 Yoga Nidra recordings with singing bowls. 8 x PDF scripts to guide others. Weekly written content & images that comes together in a PDF Manual.
