So... you know you want to sing.
Perhaps, something ancient in you actually needs to sing?
Truth is, we all need to sing, and every culture on the earth used song to connect to the divine.
The voice is a bridge from the human heart into higher realms.
And the voice is the channel through which celestial energy can flow back into this realm.
It's all about attunement.​​
​​We all have our own stories with our voice.
Believe it or not, my own journey with singing was extremely long and terrifying. (I get it, really I do.)
The process of opening and freeing the voice is deeply healing. This is an opportunity to gently soften the self-judgement & energetic blocks that keep our voices locked up and silenced, and to cultivate a practice that deeply connects us & helps us regulate & shift our state of being.
This practice is really about creating a relationship with a very sacred aspect of your being.
Together we will cultivate a ritual space for your voice to open and expand.
The vocal chords are also muscles, so we will do a little vocal-gym session to strengthen the muscles of the voice and develop pitch & agility. We will then branch out into melodies, mantras, sacred songs, and improvise and harmonise together.
